Cancellation Policy, Terms & Permission to Email

By purchasing a pass to the Clio Cloud Conference you are agreeing to our Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your attendance for the conference or evening events by notifying Themis Solutions, Inc. (“Themis”) by fax at 1-888-858-2549 or email conference@clio.com by July 15, 2017. Cancellations prior to this date will be refunded in full. Cancellations after July 15, 2017 are non-refundable.

You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by notifying conference@clio.com. Reselling Clio Cloud Conference registrations is prohibited.

The Clio Cloud Conference is open to business professionals who are 18+ years of age and over only. Conference organizers may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.

Evening events associated with the conference are open to business professionals who are 21+ years of age and over only.

Themis Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker. Substitutions or changes after the July 15, 2017 cancellation deadline will not be considered valid reason to request refunds.

By registering for the Clio Cloud Conference event, you agree to receive email notifications regarding this event in particular as well as communications associated with products and services purveyed by Themis Solutions, Inc. At any time, a recipient can remove themselves from receiving such communications by employing the “unsubscribe” functionality in any email received or by mailing:

Themis Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to use photographs and recordings of any Clio Cloud Conference attendee in promotional materials.

Themis Solutions, Inc. assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any Clio Cloud Conference participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability of Themis during the hours of the conference and associated events will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee. Conference attendees will have knowingly assumed any risks from attending this conference and its ancillary events.

Video Policy: Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission. They may be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Sessions may be videoed without special permission and may be placed online or transmitted to others. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of sessions. Without express, written permission from Themis, audio and video clips published must be non-contiguous clips of one minute or less.
